Guest who fail to submit the form will not have ability to enter the community and this could result in forfeiture of reservation .  
\-there are security cameras on the property in front above the garage door and in the back overlooking the deck .

\-No fireworks,  
\-No smoking inside the home  
\-No parties or large gatherings  
\-No parking on street (cars parked on the street are subjected to being ticketed and towed)  
\-Please do not exceed 25MPH through the neighborhood (speeding tickets are responsibility of the guests)  
\-All trash must be placed in securely fastened plastic bags and deposited in designated bins outside  
\-Garage is off limits to guests  
\-Quiet time is 10pm-8 am. Please minimize noise out of respect to our neighbors  
\-Any violations to these rules may result in asking the guest to leave with no refund and inquire a fee of minimum of $500
