The restaurant service was never good in this hotel, starting from the two lady hosts in the morning, waiters who are far from caring, absolutely indifferent and unhappy people waiters ( one time they brought me another food, something I did not order ). "Fantastic boutique hotel that is about a 3-min walk from Grand Central. Midtown hotels I've stayed in recently have all felt really overpriced and dingy - this was a notable EXCEPTION to that rule.
