We did buy a coffee pot because keurig took too long to make 6 coffees a morning. There was also a serious ant problem in the kitchen and beds were extremely uncomfortable. ##### Kim F. We arrived to find unsatisfactory cleaning, stained carpets, old/broken furniture, cracks in the walls, and a refrigerator that didn’t stay closed. I immediately reached out to the property management company, who did send the cleaners back and a maintenance person over the weekend to address some initial issues; however, when I tried reaching out after that concerning the general condition of the property (especially as compared to the listing photos), I heard back 2 days later saying they were waiting to hear back from the owner about my concerns, and never heard back again.
