The breakfast service was very poor. Understaffed and disorderly. It was their first day open since covid but still....our breakfast order was delivered incorrectly 3 times

Dear Anon Thank you for staying with us and thank you for indulging the breakfast service. We actually had more than enough staff but like any season opener we were simply not match fit. We have already improved 10 fold.

The Pan Pacific was great. The room was large and clean, the staff were excellent, efficient and friendly. Expedia however stuffed up our booking so the hotel was not informed of inclusions we had paid for. Fortunately the hotel management stepped in and ensured we received the inclusions we'd paid for.

Loved our stay. We just didn’t have a microwave in the room so heating up food was a bit annoying.

Sehr freundliches und angenehmes Personal an der Reception. Die Mini Bar wurde in 4 Tagen 1 mal aufgefüllt, wir haben dann halt Getränke und so eingekauft. Der Teppich war sehr unrein und auch nach der Reinigung alles anderes als sauber. Silberfischchen, Nachts im Badezimmer. Kein Vergrösserungs-spiegel im Bad.

My only comment would have to be that i wish they would provide some free parking for guests, even if for a couple of hours. Parking at night is free on the roadside, but just one or two complimentary hours midday would have been very welcome. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Many thanks Anon sadly on parking we have huge fees to pay to the city but can share that it's the best value of any hotel in the CBD. Also check out our packages which do include parking, great value.

Last three days of holiday

The check in was good we were upgraded and given a bottle of wine as we had VIP status from hotels.com helpful staff The swimming pool was average. Mostly in the shade and a windy position. The water was heated however so still swam twice a day. We booked this hotel as our last three days of holiday in Australia as we thought it had an airport bus but it actually doesn’t. The concierge helped us take the luggage to the bus stop across the road. We liked the small coffee bar in the foyer and used the Happy Hour in the Sports bar.
