Conveniently located 10 MINS away from DT Peoria and East Peoria, this unit is perfect for travelers and workers coming to the area. The unit is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living space, keyless entry and in-unit washer and dryer! There is even a FREE parking lot with plenty of spaces! This apartment boasts a collection of dramatic interiors with many dark, monochromatic décor elements and color schemes which present the space as contemporary. We call it “moody minimalism.” Please feel free to reach out! My team and I live close to the house and will be readily available if you need anything. Our service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be provided for the guests for an additional charge. To provide the best quality service to our guests, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our towels/bedsheets will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Check-in at 4PM / Check-out at 11AM Check out time is STRICTLY at 11 AM unless late check out is previously confirmed. Any unscheduled late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $20/hr USD. If your unscheduled late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied. The occupancy limit for this property is 6 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges. Other rules: • No parties or events • Please be respectful of other tenants living on the property so NO loud noises between 11pm-8am • No unregistered guests • No pets, unless it is a service animal in which case documentation will need to be provided • No illegal activities and weapons of any kind • No smoking of any kind • Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture • Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. • If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable and courteous, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have. Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay Supplies and Additional Items We provide an initial stock of essential supplies at the start of your stay, including cleaning materials, toilet paper, paper towels, and linens. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, a flat $10 convenience fee will apply per delivery request, plus the cost of the requested items. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Brandy C. 15 avr. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### The only thing good is location Check in on Friday March 28, apartment was disgustingly dirty.Tiny copper wires, glass, old dog food, and dirt on floor throughout.Old K-cup left in machine, food crumbs on table and counters, blood stains on sheets and a tub that was full of hair and soap scum.We immediately contacted Joseph, and was told he could not send his cleaning crew out that evening as they were short staff and over booked.Which left me in the position of spending my own money on cleaning supplies and laundry sanitizer(as the only thing in cleaner's closet was creamer and coffee) and missing my husband's uncle's viewing since the place was dirty and we could not leave our pets unattended in the apartment.When cleaning the bathroom, we found ants as well.The couch was broken, so we could not sit on that, as every time you did the left arm piece fell off.The bar stools were held together by 1 or 2 screws and what looked like Elmer's glue.When speaking to Joseph again Saturday March 29, he then wanted to send his cleaning crew in after I had purchased cleaning supplies and done the clean myself.We communicated with him the entire day of Saturday until Monday about a refund.Once he knew we had left the state to return home and had no way to visit his office in person or demand a manager. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well.
