Very Bad Hotel

Don't waste your money Don't book, Don't go, Don't stay I booked this hotel to my wife as she had meetings in the area.... she arrived Newark around 10:30 PM and she called the hotel for the shuttle they told her that the service is unavailable now because of the weather. She had to go with uber. When she arrived to the hotel , the front desk was covered with bullet proof glass..... The receptionist told her that she can cancel the reservation with no charge, it was 11:30 PM and it was cold and slightly raining. She had to Stay for 3 nights until she finished her meetings and then she moved to a different hotel.

One of the worst hotels in the NJ and

This place looks like a crack house! The first thing you notice is protective glass at registration counter. The place has all kinds of degeneratives hanging around it. I heard one fellow talking about he was preparing to rob someone. The internet is horrible when I sought help they hung up on me. There is a powerful stench of cigarette smoke permeating the building. The so called free breakfast is jail food. Do not stay here!

Bugs in the bathroom, smells by breakfast room and was out of food at 915, when breakfast was suppose to be until 10.

Beds were super hard, bugs in bathroom and breakfast was to suppose to end at 10am but they started putting everything away by 930. At 945 only thing left was bread for toast and corn flakes.

My experience was the worst I've ever experienced staying at any hotel. There was no hot water & was told it would return by 8pm, but it never did. There was a roach in the bathroom. I couldn't take a shower, because shower head was broken, so had to take a bath. The towels were stains and the iron didn't work. i complained to Expedia & they refused to refund my money. Besides never staying at. Ramada again, I will no longer use Expedia due to the poor Customer Service.

It is close to a train station that goes right into Manhattan. It was only $88.00 for the night. They have a shuttle service to EWR with nice and safe drivers.
