Horrid stay - embarrassingly rude staff

The facility itself is in a bad neighborhood, and the property needs updating - it looks like 80's decor, and some of the furniture/dressers are very worn.
The facility is generally kept clean, but I had no end of trouble with the hotel staff. They are very rude and unhelpful. In the first two days of my 4-day stay:
- I was accused of stealing bagels when taking one up to my room from the breakfast buffet. Most hotels don't have any issue with this - I understand not taking lunch out of the hotel, but one bagel up to your room?
- While I was taking a bath, a employee barged into my room with me half-naked and told me to use the shower curtain, I was causing a leak. If there was a leak, it wasn't from me - I was taking a shallow bath.
- I had already checked in, but was picking my unaccompanied minor/son up at the airport 2 days into my stay to join me for the remainder of my stay. I called the hotel shuttle, and was told that I couldn't ride the shuttle except on check-in and check-out. So, they have a shuttle, but I can't ride it...
I paid Hotels.com in advance, so I can't go to another hotel easily. Stuck here for two more days, waiting to see what they will do next.
