Was charged an additional $100 dollars by the manager for a broken cabinet hinge on a cabinet we never used . Asked for the owners name and number to discuss the problem and Amberley-the manager refused to give out the info . Found out she is the one who cleans and charges for damages. Do not recommend renting unless you have her do a visual walk through on check-in and check-out. Make sure she doesn’t...
