« Overall it’s a great hotel with great qualities for its price range especially in NYC. However it does have its flaws parking is limited. It’s not located in the most cleanly of areas but where the hotel itself resides is clean. The microwave and coffee are in the lobby which makes warming up food or getting a cup of coffee awkward. There are ample food spots within walking distance and even laundromats for extended stays. »

« L’expérience dans cet hotel a été assez mauvaise. La chambre n’était pas très propre et certains éléments ne fonctionnaient pas correctement ( pomme de douche, connexion internet, interrupteur). Le lieu était bruyant à cause de la mauvaise isolation entre les chambres et le couloir et la présence d’une grande route à proximité. Les transports sont à proximité et heureusement car le quartier n’est pas très attractif. Le personnel n’est pas vraiment concerné lorsqu’on demande des informations...

« Extrêmement bien situé si vous alkez voir les Yankees. Tout près du subway. Très propre : ça vient d'ouvrir, tout est neuf. Superbe vue au 10e étage. Petit déjeuner sympa (surtout le gaufrier). Bon prix. Étrangement la toilette se remplit d'eau chaude. Air climatisé efficace et facile à gérer. »

« Le personnel est très gentil et tout était très propre dans la chambre, les corridors étaient en travaux de peinture, les plinthes n'étaient pas posés. La réception devrait être rénové , elle est vieillot et démodé et il est la première chose à voir en entrant. L'hotel est très bien situé , près d'un grand parc et près de tous les services. »

« Belle établissement.Bémol ..Nous avons été prendre une consommation moi et ma conjointe avec une entrée au bar le patio de l hôtel...Nous avons régler la facture en laissant un pourboire....par la suite l'hôtel nous a recharger un montant de 25$ txs supplémentaire...j ai discuter avec la personne concernée et on me disait que c'était dans la politique de l établissement...je vais y réfléchir deux avant d aller prendre une consommation »

"Nous avons atterri à JFK et étions fatigués. Cette hôtel était parfait pour un première nuit reposante. Peu de bruits, bonne literie. Le personnel du lobby était très sympathique. Déjeuné un peu cher, mais très bon. Mention spéciale pour le granola maison !"
