Outside, the kayaks and paddleboards are ready to use. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the patio and viewing the beautiful sunsets. The patio was a great place to sit and sip coffee in the morning. The view from the beach is gorgeous! We watched a storm come in and a beautiful sunset at the same time. Also toured the Choptank lighthouse, rode the ferry and biked around the old town of Oxford. Definitely recommend this place! He answered all our questions very promptly. The property was right on the water with great views. The building was very nice and we had everything we needed. The small bedroom is small and could use a window but it worked out for our 14 y/o daughter. The master bedroom was wonderful as was the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The hosts were excellent and came to our aid when we needed something. Overall we were very impressed with our stay and would visit again!!!! ##### Richard M. Jun 12, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great getaway I stayed here for the Eagleman 70.3 race with some family and it was the perfect location being only 15 minutes from downtown Cambridge. The property is right on the water with a beautiful sunset and sunrise view. Paddleboards and kayaks were available to us as well as other outdoor games. The couch was huge and could easily sleep 3 people. The master suite was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The kitchen had all new appliances and was very clean. The only caveat was that there wasn't Wi-Fi, but after speaking to the owner, he said since the place is brand new, they are waiting for someone to set it up very soon. I would stay here again.
