Spend memorable times relaxing in the living room, which boasts an inviting sofa/sofabed, an armchair, a rocking chair, and a flatscreen TV with streaming services. There's an ocean-facing desk, the perfect spot to sit down, reply to some work emails, and still relax. A wood-burning fireplace will keep you all nice and warm during your stay. If you're visiting during the summer months, be sure to make the most of the oceanfront deck. Grab your favorite book, slip on your sunglasses, and kick back on one of the two cushioned chaise lounges—it’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Back inside, you'll come across a convenient bedroom/studio with a sofa/sofabed, a bookshelf, and another desk with a desk chair. This is a more secluded spot where you can make those important calls or focus on your work. The kitchen offers all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you could need to prepare everything that comes to mind, even that new recipe you've been dying to try. East Marion is just one and a half miles from your doorstep. It's widely known for being a popular spot for harvesting oysters—be sure to stop at one of the iconic roadside oyster stands to purchase your own, or choose from dozens of nearby restaurants specializing in seafood. Golfers will have Island's End Golf & Country Club less than one mile away.
