« The cottage on Mendums Pond is a delightful, wonderfully furnished extended A-frame situated on a quiet road, overlooking a beautiful pond and natural view. Very quiet and peaceful, yet within 5 minutes of sites, shops, and conveniences. Everything you need is within the home, including AC and TV. The owner kept in touch and was very helpful with questions. The place was very clean and neat, and there were games and puzzles available. We loved our time here and will return in the future. »

« The house was as listed and provided plenty of space for our family to eat and hang out together. Beds were comfortable. Towels plentiful and nice quality. Heat worked. Plenty of hot water. We just have two suggestions for improvement: the dishwasher does not clean dishes at all. Not even a little. The kitchen tools are there but are so cheap they hardly work-a spatula shouldn’t bend under a pancake. All the knives are extremely dull. »

« Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay. »

« Such a charming home with great walkability and quiet despite being so central. Sean was extremely communicative and quickly answered any questions we had. He even reached out to let us know we had forgotten something upon checkout. The home was quaint and in a great location- easy to walk to any food, coffee, stores, and the water.
