"We stayed here because it was right next door to the Toyota Center. The hotel is a gorgeous property. The area surrounding the hotel was very nice... food, entertainment, and green space. We had a drink at one of the bars. The drink was great and the service was wonderful. We had a late night snack and one of the restaurants, even though they got slammed by a big crowd, I felt like they handled it well. The food was great. We would definitely recommend this property and will plan to stay here in the future. My only complaint was that the check in line (including Hilton Honors) was slow. "

"There was a small issue with one of my room bookings, however the staff offered us a $20 credit to use which was very appreciative. The rooms were comfortable, smelled very good. Hyatt will be my go to for traveling from now on. "

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing - friendly and very helpful. The location was convenient and near lots of shopping. Everything we could want food and shopping-wise was within a 10 minute drive. Our room was clean with a pleasing view of the area. The pool was beautiful and came with cabanas. The one complaint would be the elevators, which were not as fast or reliable as we would have expected given this hotel has 26 floors; and it always seemed at least one was down. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would happily return in the future."
