Great location ! AC super loud but not needed as much in March

Told we were getting a golf course view - they put us in a basement room with no view whatsoever, the view was a window well. The kid activities are not free, everything is an additional fee. We were also told housekeeping was coming on the third day of our stay, they did not show up. The fire alarm kept going off after we showered unless we kept the bathroom door shut.

The property itself is beautiful, with a wide variety of hot springs at different temperatures. The mud spa was definitely the highlight of my stay. However, the service was very disappointing. The hotel mistakenly charged nearly $500 to my Visa card. Although I reported it to the front desk and they acknowledged the error and removed the charge, I was still told it would take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. This was frustrating, especially since it was clearly the hotel’s mistake. Additionally, I requested towels and bathrobes to be delivered to my room, but they never arrived, even by the time I checked out. While the property is stunning, the service does not match the quality of the facilities. I would recommend carefully reviewing your bill to avoid overcharges. Also, don’t rely on room service or delivery requests, as there didn’t seem to be a reliable way to contact the front desk from the room.

This place was FUN! It was clean and comfortable and the staff was terrific...very helpful. And the decorations were perfect. We didn't use the pool this time but the area looked inviting. It's also walking distance to Petco Stadium and many eateries, although we ate at the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed it.
