There are gouges and nicks in woodwork, appliances, countertops and furniture. The listing says it sleeps 5, but five people can’t eat at the table or sit in the living room together. The house was also dirty with dust on table tops and radiators , and grease on the front of the stove. Further there were stains on mattresses and pillows - only discovered when stripping beds prior to leaving. When we reported that one room was not getting heat, we were told to try leaving the bathroom door closed. When we reported that there were mouse droppings in the silverware drawer and had to wash all the silver, we were told there was a cleaning solution under the sink to clean the silverware drawer. I couldn't recommend it for someone who wants to spend a lot of time there. The kitchen was not equipped as well as I like, the back yard was not somewhere that you would want to spend time in and there was no patio or outdoor chairs, table or a grill. The bath was good and hand good towels but the kitchen did not have enough towels and no wash clothes. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. ##### Greg F.
