Cozy quaint house with high ceilings and lots of light. Very nice renovated downstairs bathroom. Upstairs loft style bedroom. Beautiful saltwater outdoor pool with pretty landscaped surface, outdoor shower & foliage. Nice deck table and barbecue. Cute porch area. Fariel and Dom owners were a pleasure to communicate with, offering suggestions and helpful with any issues. House located in pretty springs area accessible to East Hampton town, as well as Amagansett, Montauk and Sag Harbor. ##### Susan B.
