Escape to this light-filled and spacious East Hampton retreat, ideally located on a quiet, tree-lined street just five minutes from East Hampton Village and within easy reach of Sag Harbor, ocean beaches, shops, and restaurants. The home features four bedrooms and three fully renovated bathrooms, including two en-suite bedrooms on the main level with queen-size beds. Upstairs, you’ll find a guest room with a full-size bed and another with a full-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or additional guests—sharing a modern third bathroom. The main living space includes a sunny open-concept living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace, plus a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances.  
  
Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a 16’ x 32’ heated pool with an attached hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a fully furnished patio with multiple seating areas, dining space, and a gas grill—ideal for al fresco meals or unwinding after a day at the beach. The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, fresh linens and towels, and basic toiletries for your convenience. Ample driveway parking is available on-site; please note the detached garage is not included in the rental. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful escape or a stylish home base for your Hamptons getaway, this property offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and location.
