"We've stayed here before and it's a very nice place. It's attached to an Applebee's which is super convenient and it's really close to Newport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Traffic around Newport and Middletown RI can be heavy."

"Room/bedding/bathroom were very very clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Special breakfast $8/pp was just ok. Room 325 was close to the train station- it could be noisy. No shops or restaurants were nearby. You would need a car."
