We stayed here from 9/18 to 9/21 and there was no cleaning of the room or change of towels or face cloths. We have stayed here many times over the last 30 years and never had any complaints. I don’t think the room was thoroughly cleaned before 9/18/23. The mattresses were not comfortable.

Room was spacious, clean, had a real nice back balcony overlooking the lake. Kitchen suite was handy. Nice pool. The door and light needed fixing.

Property was dated and needed upgrades. The room sleeps 4 but is still very tiny. It’s a studio style setup. We left one day early and were refunded the one day . They could not provide a blowup mattress that would maintain its air fill. It would have been a quick fix if they just provided an adequate mattress. Property outside was nice and provided great views.

1950’s motor hotel vibe
Was in Falmouth for the Falmouth Road Race and this hotel had the most reasonable rates around the area during my dates. Check in and check out were seamless. Room had a 1950’s lakeside vibe. Clean with standard amenities. Pros: Lake view, quiet part of town, spacious room. Cons: The walls were paper thin (I could hear the person next door snoring every night), not a walkable location to restaurants, grocers so needed to use car service a lot.

It was so beautiful. I enjoyed waking up & looking out at the water, the pool & the trees. The facilities were fantastic I loved the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, the balcony was a plus, good Wi-Fi, roomy & the pool was fantastic. Falmouth is a good area to see the cape

Cute, clean and quiet hotel
Had a wonderful stay for a girls weekend. Tne staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and nice. Beds were not the most comfortable but they were fine! Location was perfect for what we wanted, close to beaches, plenty of restaurants and a cute downtown shopping area. Would definitely go back here again!

Cheap (for high season) but always remember, you get what you pay for (like dead bugs everywhere, which is better than live bugs everywhere, see through curtains on the ground floor bathroom, a tv that doesn’t work, and an office thst closes at 9pm.

The room had a very strong smell of dampness, and both mattresses should have been replaced. I have been to other dog friendly hotels and have never experienced mattresses in this condition

Comfy and basic.
A great no big frills overnight stay. We had a water view through our glass sliding door. There was outdoor seating, too. Comfy bed and very basic amenities.

Visiting family for a long weekend. Location was fine and the grounds were nice. Room was comfortable. When you check in you need to make sure you have everything and room is ok because the warning limited housekeeping is accurate. Office was closed more than it was open during stay but fortunately we did not need anything. Would stay again, knowing now what to expect.

I was disappointed. The lodge is quit old and very stuffy. We need to cut our stay short because it was raining hard and water almost came to the door of the room. Outside furniture was unkept! I was expecting a lot better.

Location was good. Pool is nice. Price is to high. We had no breakfast choices. Spiders in our room we had to kill. There were clothes left in the dresser from previous guests. The beach area was over grown.

Green Harbor review
Our room was small but adequate. We were able to have our dog which was very nice and there was a large area to walk around with him. We didn’t use the waterfront or pool but both looked clean and pleasant.

The motel is dated but clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the woman at the desk was very friendly and pleasant. We would definitely return.

First time visit and pleasantly surprised
Really nice place. Comfortable, very clean room. Property is lovely with all - sun, shade, trees, grass lawn, plants and landscaped throughout, with beach area on the waterway. Many separate outdoor tables and chairs set up. Even new grills. Cozy place. Staff was very accommodating and friendly even they were going into a very busy holiday week. The only odd thing missing for us was about tv and no major cable news stations offered. But there are other ways to keep informed. A super plus is how pet-friendly it is. Highly recommend. (We are two adults and one dog)

Overall a great spot for me and my dog. Did not anticipate the $10/day dog fee and the room deodorizer was way too strong. Otherwise, I would have given five stars.

Dog Friendly Budget Stay
This is a nice option for a budget stay, prices were very fair. We enjoyed our time but only really slept & showered there. The shower did not work on the 3rd morning, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were leaving that day and could not shower. The property overall was nice and right on the water. Very serene and peaceful. The woman who ran front desk & other things on the property was so nice and helpful during our check in and throughout our stay. The room itself could use a little TLC and was a bit damp, but it fit our needs and was pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. There were lots of dogs on the property!

This motel rooms could use an update. The room had a nice kitchen area with fridge, microwave and stove. The grounds were very pretty and well cared for. It’s a quiet place a nice water view. The beach and Main Street are about 3 miles away. Overall, a nice visit to Falmouth.

I was pleasantly surprised by the property. It was very clean. While it was a bit dated it had a summer camp vibe and being right on the pond was beautiful in the am and pm. It was a unique experience that was a nice break from chain hotels.Really enjoyed my stay

My room was sorely need of an overhaul, and everything about it was bare-bones - lighting, cable channels, toiletries, electrical outlets - just enough to check a box. All I needed was a roof over my head during my stay in the area, so it was OK, but others may be expecting more for the price.

Had an awesome time with my friends. We went down there for a golf tournament with our graduating class and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Easy parking, easy to find, easy to lock up for safety. Those rooms keys are straight out of national treasure :D
