« Mike arrived immediately for check-in. He was a fantastic host, very informative about what to do and where to go and places to eat. When 2 of our group became ill, he kindly left us energy drinks. Facilities at the house were excellent, property was spacious as per photos and very clean. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone planning to visit the Chicago area. »

« The place was perfect for our family of 5. The bathroom was really nice and had great water pressure and different options for spraying the water. It also had a towel warmer. There were a few things that we were missing but they made sure to bring them over very quickly upon request. »

« The house was perfect. Stayed for one month as a family of three with one dog. The host was easy to communicate with and clearly loved the home. The house had everything you might need in terms of kitchenware, bedding, and space. The location was convenient with plenty of food, grocery store, and activities nearby - definitely need a car though. »

« This is truly a gem of a property. The old home is fantastic and well-equipped. The kitchen is one of my dreams. There are many spaces so no one is tripping over each other. Beds are very comfortable and the master bath is something of my dreams. Home has lovely outdoor space and we enjoyed watching the birds bathe in the birdbath. Home is surrounded by bushes so is quite secluded while still being in a bustling suburb of Chicago. Already planning another visit with some friends! »

« We loved this house. Great size for our family. Place was CLEAN!!! Very cozy, loved the layout, the space. We did not get to use the backyard due to our time restaints but we checked it out..what a great oasis. If we come this way again we will rent again! We were there 2 nights, so our full day we did go into the city to see museums. The drive into and back was fine, we were concerned of the length of the drive but we are glad we did it. « The check-in was very simple using a private code. The kitchen was well equipped although it did take some looking around to find some items as there are many cabinets and drawers. Some of us especially liked the free Keurig coffee makers and K-cups. There was adequate seating for everyone to eat, the dining room, high-top table in the kitchen and stools at the kitchen counter.
