« David and Annette were super great and easy to communicate with. The chalet is very dated in terms of decor but I took it as village charm. A nice 10 minute walk to town! Our biggest hurdle was that on our second day there the sewage or plumbing backed up causing the entire back half of the house to smell of urine and feces. The toilets themselves were not plugged. Unfortunately this resulted in most of our guests leaving as the smell was unbearable. »

« This property was in a beautiful setting. Very well kept. The host was so easy to get in contact with. The house had plenty of room. There were 11 of us total. We all had our own rooms that gave us our privacy. Hot tub and fire pit was even an added extra. Such an enjoyable experience. »

« A perfect condo to stay at; close to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Only two of us stayed in the condo, but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate more. I loved that it was so close to town, and we loved walking into town each day. (although may not be as easy in the middle of winter) The condo is spacious and it appeared to have brand new furniture. « The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups with ease! Has everything you could need for your stay! About a 5 min dr to town! Would definitely stay here again! »

« Our family of 6 were in town for a kids sporting event and this space was perfect. The rooms are spacious with tons of storage. The vintage feel isn’t normally our style but we loved it and it was in great shape and so so clean. We got to see deer in the back yard and the neighborhood was quiet and close to anything you would need as far as shops food and grocery. Hosts made communication easy and I knew I could get ahold of them with a simple text message. »

« I would highly recommend this property, the description is true, the location is convenient, and the unit was extremely clean! We did not need to contact the host so I cannot comment on communication. However, I can comment that the Vrbo app did not work properly and I couldn’t find, my rental information on the app. But that’s VRBO, I have had issues with VRBO in the past and I’m not a fan of it. But this property in this host was amazing! »
