Awful,would not stay here one night
Property is old ,badly maintained, smells, cannot lock some windows, cup stains on furniture, formica peeling from wardrobe doors, toilet cistern mouldy marks. We rang the agent who looks after the property and he moved us to a different house locally which was great.

Spacious apartment on first floor of two_ storey house, with stunning views. Shabby and basic, but we loved it and could stay for ever.

Völlig unzumutbar!
Nach dem Betreten der Wohnung standen meiner Frau Tränen in den Augen und uns war klar, dass wir hier nicht eine Nacht verbringen würden, denn die Wohnung war in einem total verdreckten und heruntergekommenen Zustand: Essensreste auf dem Esstisch, Geschirr und Besteck im Schrank schmutzig, Teppich voller Flecken, Badezimmerfenster total verdreckt, Toiletten-Spülkasten mit grauschwarzen Flecken, Fenster voller Spinnweben, Rauchmelder demontiert/nicht funktionsfähig, Lampen reihenweise defekt, Duscharmaturen und Stange für Duschvorhang völlig verrostet, Nachttisch um 90 Grad verdreht gegen das Bett gedreht, um zu verstecken, dass er auseinanderfällt, Schranktüren schließen nicht und Griff fehlt, Gardinenaufhängungen abgerissen, Sitzbank auf der Terrasse kaputt, Badezimmerfenster defekt/schließt nicht usw, usw. Wir haben den Zustand der Wohnung sofort telefonisch beim Vermieter reklamiert und diesen informiert, dass wir es ablehnen, hier zu übernachten. Er quittierte dies mit „OK“, lehnte danach aber jede Erstattung ab.
