"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. "It was very kid friendly, lots of different activities for all ages, there was always something to eat and drink for everyone, the property was beautiful, the beach was cleaned daily of the seaweed and gorgeous. The kids activities were fun to participate in and watch, as our kids are still very young and couldnt do a lot. The entertainment team always made sure every one was having fun. The staff was all very friendly."

"We loved everything about this resort.
