"Our stay was good, property was very nice, clean and well maintained, food too, a huge variety. Most of the staff, was friendly and helpful, including the cleaning crew. With the help of customer service guy from Privilage we were able to book a trip for next morning after 7 pm the night before. The tour operator was gone, but he called him home and helped us with the booking. As a recomendation for improving the service I would recommend reception staff to be better trained in English language. Some of them barely spoke English. Also for the bathrooms the management could buy rubber or plastic mats instead of giving towels. A huge problem was the lack of change for tipping the staff and getting a drink. Nobody wanted to give us a change, sending us to the reception desk, where we were always told they don't have. Only in the Casino we were able couple times to get a change. Overall everything else was excellent. "

I have found that often times, the star rating on these all inclusive properties, don't match what you get in real life. But I'm happy to say Hard Rock Punta Cana exceeded my expectations. Its a true 5 star, in all aspects of what a 5 star all inclusive should be."
