The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. The letdown however were the rooms - they were unfortunately slightly dated. Should the rooms be refreshed i would have no qualms choosing this hotel whenever I come to Hangzhou"

Hotel counter staff do not appear familiar with basic tourist information and could be better equipped with local knowledge of tourist attractions, transport to other places outside Nanjing, where to locate certain landmarks etc..."

"A very busy large city. We took a taxi to the train station to catch a train to Huzhou. At Huzhiou we took taxi to Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort to view the glamourous round hotel. Well worth the 1hr effort to get there. The next day we headed to West lake. A very popular area to take a walk and we also managed to cross the viaduct by electric trolley. Near one of the West lake entrances was a new restaurant called 'Steam Young'. It was a great experience. Every dish was steamed."
