"Absolutely excellent hotel, easily the best I’ve stayed within Eastern Asia. Staff at door and front desk were lovely and accommodating, even receiving a free upgrade for our stay. The peoples park metro is opposite the hotel so easy transfer from PVG airport (Line 2 or Maglev and Line 2). Taxi's also easy from / to hotel. "The pool was closed so we called ahead to discuss cancelling. Every time we called, we were told to call back at another time. We tried four times and never got the one employee who could assist us. Frustrating process."
