"Was exactly as advertised. Rooms were ready at promised check in times. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The young lady who works at the front in evenings Sunday and Monday morning was a very hard worker and dealt with customers in a timely fashion although working alone. She deserves a raise for her calm demeanor in stressful situations and work ethic. Very pleased overall experience and will be using Hyatt as my new place to go when I visit family in the area. Thanks!"

"This is a nice locally owned hotel. I was able to speak with one of the owners, and he has a great vision for the hotel. My room was newly remodeled, and the staff was wonderful. I will stay here the next time I'm in town."

"Great stay for a night , I was on the highway side of the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper I’d suggest a pair of ear plugs , for me it cooed me right to sleep! Gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional with each interaction! I was also able to schedule a shuttle ride to the air port for the following morning! Very convenient hotel! There are no other restaurants within walking distance, not even a gas station. They do have a good selection of snacks and drinks at the hotel, they serve breakfast and dinner too. Would stay again for the convenience of the air port as I live in another state! "
