Beautiful location. It was a little crowded with 2 weddings happening during my stay but I still wish I had time to really explore the property!

Parking is additional $43 per day. Pool is nice. Building is a litttle dated.

The people were very nice. There was no fan in the bathrooms of the east tower, the ceiling was bubbling because of it. Ice machines were on every other floor, they had bottles of water in your room and in small print told you if consumed you would be charged 3.00 per bottle plus tax and gratuity. There was no hot tub (which isn't a big deal but DEFFFFFFFFF would have been nice after a long day of walking every where). There is a small mall across the street which is nice. If there's a wedding when you're there be prepared to park across the street in the other parking garage because the one at the hotel is small. The elevator doors in the tower close on you so either you have to push hard or hold the button, the elevators for the garage won't let you choose a floor until the doors are closed and the elevator readjusted itself so don't go in if you're claustrophobic. Be prepared to pay at least $40 per parking garage everywhere in the city. The food is great and so much to walk to around this hotel with a great view of long bridge and the city.

Good location. Closed to shopping mall and restaurants. Fitness facilities are decent.

This is my second time booking this hotel for my trip to Boston. Check in is easy and hassle free. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, with excellent views of the water with boats docked. When weather permits, the outside bar has fire pits with an incredible view of the water. The rooms are clean, room service is extraordinary, and parking can not be beat. Hands down, my favorite hotel in Boston.

Loved the views. Cash machine didnt work. We were told to go across the street to the mall while we were attending a wedding reception.
