Stayed before and was great. This time was shoved into an awkwardly shaped room right next to the elevator that you could hear night and day. The lights worked randomly.The closet light had a mind of its own going on and off all the time. No way to shut it off or disconnect. The air conditioning was non existent. It ran but only made noise. It did not heat or cool. Thankfully the temperature hovered between 65 and 70 so not needed. Overall. It was a letdown compared to previous stay. May have to consider going elsewhere next time.

Two day stay. Quiet, clean and large spacious room. Walking distance (30mins or less) to most sites in Boston and Cambridge. Red and green line transit is convenient since parking is rare and expensive.

I reserved and pay for 2 queen bedroom with city view, got bumped to 2 full bed with blocked riverview. Staff said west tower is close because of repair but I saw customers were there and learned later west tower is open. Just dont have time to change rooms but that’s what happened. Location is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.staff and Manager on our check out date is so efficient and helpful. Manager even helped me with my luggages.

It was great having a nice restaurant on premises to eat meals at. The indoor pool was very nice and had so much natuaral light due to the glass ceiling. The room was very nicely done.

Upon arrival the first room we were given had not been cleaned. We were promptly given another room. Overall room was small… not as clean as I would have liked, and no hotel information was included in the room. Staff checked us in and answered the phone when we called. Promptly delivered slippers upon request. Otherwise nothing special regarding hospitality. Cafe downstairs opened at 6am which was great for our early morning breakfast needs! The ART BAR saved the day! This was a. kid friendly restaurant We enjoyed 3 meals and bumped up the experience for 2 meals by sitting in the cozy outdoor Igloo. Very warm! Wait staff was superb and the food was excellent each day! Highly recommend We enjoyed one evening in the pool, it was a bit on the colder side. Not very warm for a “heated pool” Easy access from room to parking garage. Be prepared to pay $43/night parking Not a terrible place to stay.

Booked an overnight stay solely for the “heated pool” to take the kids swimming and the pool was FREEZING. Too cold for them to swim in unfortunately - which was the whole purpose of doing a hotel stay. Two other little girls staying actually cried when they got in. So that was a let down. Pool also has lots of crack and broken areas on the tile surface at the stair entry of pool. Otherwise, the view was great and we had a comfy sleep.

Overall a decent stay. Very expensive, still waiting for our extra pillows and blankets! dirty fixtures in the room, poor temp controls so we were sweating to death the entire time, pillows were useless, as was the bedding. The pool area was very dirty. We ordered wine through their “upgrade” feature that they offer after you book. The website made it appear that you could purchase wine for each night of your stay. We only received it on the first night so upon check out I let them know and the man who was working was incredibly rude about it saying it was only for one night but it’s a per night charge. Parking is $42 per night, which is absurd. Would I stay here again, not if I could find something with a better value. Other than checkout, the staff was great.

Mariana was great. Her manager told us that he oversold the rooms and he will cancel our reservation we can get a refund. Super! We drove 2 hours to stay here and made a reservation for a reason. They clearly don’t respect Expedia reservations.

Don’t make an appointment online until you call them they give you no information about any policy. Do not do an express upgrade that’s not real , the service for the price isn’t what you pay for and if you need something fixed expect to fix it yourself . Like the location. Didn’t like how dirty the pool area was. Staff friendly. It feels like you are nickeled and dimed with the parking and service fees.

It's a shame all 4 of the kids with us for rashes from the pool water after swimming for a couple of hours. This forced us to end our trip early and to head straight for a pharmacy fir benadryl. Upon telling the front desk of our reason for early checkout, rhey sermed more concerned about telling us why tgey needed to charge us for the night ( I was not concerned about the $, only alerting rhem to a pool water issue). They were quick to let me know that they check the water daily...how about, "gosh, im so sorry, we'll be sure to check the water right away." It's really too bad, the location is great and within walking distance to the Museum of science. The rooms were nice, but I would not return and would caution others about the pool.

Check in was super easy and attendant was very nice and helpful. Room was ready well before actual check in time which was a huge bonus. Parking was also very convenient and is in/out with no valet. Pool area was a bit dirty…lots of kids as it was February break but was still okay. About a mile to North end and Quicey Market. Overall, nice stay.
