"We truly loved our stay at this Vrbo rental! The house was spotless, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was friendly and responsive, making our trip stress-free.The only thing that stood out as a downside was the garbage situation. The policy felt a bit overcomplicated, and the garbage bin was extremely small, which made handling trash during our stay a hassle. "We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2025 and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The other reviews are right, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than we expected. The bedrooms were very clean -- all the bedsheets and pillowcases were clean and smelled freshly laundered. We also appreciate that this property was NOT pet friendly; we hope it remains this way and look forward to returning in the future."

"We stayed here for a week during our Cooperstown trip. The house is 20 mins to All Star Village. The house was fantastic. Very clean, top of the line appliances, and all the necessities you need. Communication with the host was great. We even bought fishing poles and did some fishing between baseball games. Would highly recommend to any family."
