"I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. "Have not tried the breakfast yet. Just next to Kabukicho, many restaurants nearby and very closed to the Shinjuku Station and its underground shopping streets, with many shops and restaurants, too. Overall, the hotel is within the bustling area of Shinjuku (Kabukicho). It is very convenient in transportation, food and drinks, entertainment and shopping, etc., even at the night. On the other hand, it is quiet and clean with the hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to feel the city live in Tokyo."

"The only thing I didn’t like was that there was certain bad smell in the room but I’m not sure if it’s the carpet or the mattress. I could feel it when I was laying down. Other than that I loved the hotel and I will stay again!"

"Clean place overall, good facilities (e.g. gym and laundry) and excellent service. Room rather small (like other hotels apparently). It is not close to major touristic areas (which might be actually good for some); however, good location for moving around with subway (there are two stations nearby). Overall, very happy with this hotel. I would book again."
