"The location is amazing. It’s away from the main entertainment of Broadway but a five minute walk to the main hot spots. The hotel lobby was clean but the rooms were not cleaned well and needed upgrading. "

Driver was not told where we were and drove on without picking us up. Had to call for a second pickup which meant we waited in total about 35 minutes for a shuttle. "

The guy at the front desk looked at her…didn’t say a word…he then asked the angry man “what happened to her..” the angry man whispered something in the clerks ear and the clerk simply looked at the female and went back behind the desk "

"Breakfast was not good at all. Very little food or variety. The conditions of this hotel were bad and next to a train station which was very noisy so sleeping good was not an option. Not very clean room. "
