« The place has everything you need and it was very clean. Nothing fancy or too nice, in fact some things (cookware, dishes, toiletries) a bit on the cheap side. Things are a bit worn out like the main bedroom blinds, some furniture and walls/doors in need of paint. The place definitely needs a bit of love and a refresh. If you are looking for something not fancy and clean it does the trick. »

« Beautiful place! Really appreciated the coffee and other kitchen amenities (spices, air fryer, etc.). Beds were comfy, bathrooms well stocked, shelves full of games, and a fireplace with plenty of firewood. Most of all, Andrew was a great, responsive host! »

« This is a wonderful place to stay in Avon! The condo is clean, spacious, and is well equipped for a long term stay. There is a beautiful view of the Eagle River with outside porch seating and we enjoyed sitting out there daily, when weather allowed.
