The perfect location for day trips to the Matanuska Glacier, Chugach State Park & Nature Center, Historic Hatcher Pass State Park, Thunderbird Falls, and Anchorage. A short 5 minute walk to nearby Beach Lake Nordic Ski / hiking trails, and nearby bike path to Anchorage and beyond. House is situated on a dead end street on a quiet, forested lot. A 7 minute drive to shopping and restaurants in Eagle River. Two minutes off of the Glenn Highway, (AK 1) Owners' nearby home shares same looped driveway. Living room, kitchen and bathroom/shower are on the main floor; two bedrooms and walk in closet upstairs. I just wished there was a second bathroom upstairs. Be prepared to climb some stairs. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a meal. The downstairs bathroom has plenty of water and towels. It has a heater downstairs and in the master bedroom with climate control.
