Spacious Home near Silicone Slopes

Beautiful rambler home with an open floor plan. Two large living rooms as well as an additional large open room in the basement with a Projector. Quiet neighborhood that will make you feel like you are home. Located in a circle and the backyard is a golf course. The master bedroom has a purple mattress. All beds have always had mattress protectors and pillows have pillow protectors.
There are 5 bedrooms - 2 rooms with king beds, 2 rooms with queen beds and 1 room with 2 twin beds (trundle) Sleeps 10.
Kid friendly with a few toys, books and a sandbox in the fenced backyard. In the garage there are two 240 volt plugs that can be used for EV charging. House has 24 solar panels that produce most of the power for the home all year round. Home is cleaned with eco-friendly cleaning products.

The kitchen had most everything we needed, although a pair of actual kitchen shears would be wonderful. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and plenty of space for our large family to relax. It was also conveniently close to the grocery store. We were definitely surprised how bad the traffic could get on the main road or trying to get in/out of Eagle Mountain.

House was wonderful. Carpet in the bedroom with the king bed was very old and used looking. I had trouble locking the front door so we always lock the door from the inside and went out through the garage. Entering the front door was not a problem. Other than that, the house was wonderful.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. It worked out well for the 3 of us to allow everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Having garage access was nice. Note: don't lock the front door knob as the key code only works for the deadbolt.

Great space in Eagle Mountain UT

This was my first experience with VRBO type of stay- and our host, Silvana, was amazing, quick to respond/answer all my questions, made us feel at home and the location was beautiful and so easy to get to, and to get to stores/restaurants too. Our family (mehubby, my mom,son&gf) stayed 4 nights here for a wedding just 2 min up the road on Eagle Mountain. It was amazing - beautiful home, perfect layout, plenty of room for everyone - we even had 2 extra rooms in case our daughter & granddaughters joined us. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, linens & towels, extra blankets, comfy couches and great extra family room downstairs for my son & gf to have their own space. Lots of bathroom space too which is a necessity when several ladies need to get ready at the same time LOL. I couldn't have asked for a better 1st time - Thank you SO much for making our trip to UT amazing!! Definitely would stay here again, and use this host.

A lovely place to stay

My family loved staying in this home and will come again the next time we visit family in the area. The kitchen had all the cookware and gadgets we could need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The portacrib was especially helpful, and my kids enjoyed watching movies in the theater. Comfy beds, soft sheets and towels, and clean bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. The owner was very easy to get in touch with through the Vrbo app.My only suggestion would be to have seating for more people around the dining table. There is an L-shaped bench and two chairs, and we just squeezed five of us around the table. If you have a larger group, you'll need to eat in shifts.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great space for our entire family!

We were a family of grandparents, married child with her husband, and three little grand children. Came up for a family event and we all appreciated the spacious room in this house! So clean and also full of toys that our granddaughter loved playing with. Old stay here again.

Great location for attending a family wedding, near Barn at Overland and right on golf course! The wellstocked kitchen was a blessing for last minute prep and I was able to borrow a couple of things I had forgotten. All adult group, but house is suited and looks fun for kids. Loved little extras like hot chocolate and bubble bath. Minor maintenance isues like mildew in masterbath and running water in toilet and dusty trim and vents kept it from being a perfect stay. Would still probably stay again. n for kids

Eagle Mountain Vacay

This is a large ranch home with a basement with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the basement although there was an empty 5th bedroom in the basement. Plenty of room to spread out and had everything we needed for our 3-night stay for a family wedding. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and plenty of space

This two-story home was very spacious, allowing for plenty of space for six people, and plenty of room for additional people If you have more in your group. With two family entertainment spaces, including a projector TV downstairs with a huge couch, it allowed four different groups to watch whatever they wanted it various times. It’s got a nice backyard, which is good for kids, including a sandbox. And lots of little extras like bedding, toys, and other entertainment items for children tucked into closets here and there.

Beautiful Home with all you need!

The home was beautiful! The accommodations were great! The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook a few meals! They also had extra necessities if you needed them in the bathrooms. The theater was great! We watched a movie every night! They even had games to play if you wanted to!! Overall, a great stay and great communication from the owner!!!
