Please note that while we offer one spacious bathroom with a large shower, we provide all essential toiletries and towels for your convenience.
Indulge in relaxation with our shared outdoor hot tub, ideal for unwinding on cool evenings. Our fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a stocked spice cabinet, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. Kickstart your mornings at our coffee bar, complete with a Keurig and complimentary pods.
Sleep soundly in our well-appointed bedrooms featuring two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, a full sleeper sofa, and two twin beds in the kids' room. NEW in March 2024: Master has a new bed with added memory foam mattress topper for maximum comfort! For added convenience, make use of our full washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Stay warm and cozy with a hands free pellet stove (pellets provided) and electric heaters in each room, complemented by ceiling fans for comfort. Centrally Located
Shanna was a very responsive host, check out expectations were clear and simple. We were close to town and about 20-30 minutes from the mountain/forest depending on if we went up school bus rd or the 261. My 7yr old son was with us and enjoyed the color supplies and some toys that were in the kids room. Will rebook!

Quiet Location
This location has so many options for outdoor activities. Its remote, so if you're looking for hiking/nature options, there are many to choose from within an hours drive.
The house itself is very cute and has all the comforts of home.

Enjoyable Eagar Stay
The property was perfect for my 50 day work-related stay in Eagar. The new pellet stove heat was warm and cozy. The hot tub was amazing after long days, especially during the Spring snows. The large kitchen was so nice for prepping my meals. There is no comparison between the comfort of a home vs. a hotel room. The location couldn't be more perfect. The hostess, Shanna, was very accommodating and attentive.
