The holiday home is a comfortable, new house. It has air conditioning everywhere. Each of the 7 rooms has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Rooms equipped with comfortable large with mattresses, duvet, pillow and bedding. Rooms equipped with a mini hotel fridge, kettle with cups satellite and cable TV and WIFI. Rooms have spacious balconies with garden furniture. On the ground floor there is a large, spacious, equipped kitchen with tables , lodge and chairs with access to the terrace and garden.  
Kitchen equipment: oven with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, plates, cups, pan, pots, etc.  
  
Outside behind the building there is a beautifully landscaped garden with gazebo and gas barbecue at your disposal. In the grounds there is garden furniture, a playground and parking.  
  
Hiking and cycling paths and a marina with beautiful views of the river are not far away. The advantage of the large holiday home Welle is its proximity to the sea, just 300m. Dziwnów has wide, clean beaches.
