"My visit to Bath was memorable. Such a beautiful, historic city. The Hampton was a wonderful choice of hotel. The room was large and bright. The bathroom facilities were incredible with multiple grab bars for added security for those with mobility issues. The service was great with helpful staff. "The Apex is in an very good location for walking to sites and restaurants. The staff is excellent and amongst our family we had 3 rooms, which were very clean and comfortable. We had dinner one night at their restaurant which was also very good. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"Weekend staff were amazing. On Monday the chef was extremely rude and condescending when was told that the coffee machine had run out of coffee and when was requested for a fried egg. She literally snapped at my son when he asked for a fried egg. Not impressed at all! Otherwise this hotel deserves a 5 star rating all over "
