House has 4 beds total, with 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 with 3 King beds and 1 Queen. The home has a full kitchen with a large living room that has auto recliner leather seating. There is plenty of parking on the property if bringing toys or a boat, and large back patio area to relax and bbq.

Amazing Fishing Getaway
We had an amazing time and this home was a perfect fit. We had a group of 8 and pushed the capacity limit. I will say the queen noted is really a full. Otherwise you cannot beat the location, cleanliness, and comfort of this home. We will be back.

My husband passed away during Covid and always loved Flaming Gorge. My sons and I enjoyed our stay at Wes's home. Beautiful clean home with a ton of room. Thank you for a restful place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It is in Dutch John, so close to the fishing activities we went there for. House was clean and the listing is accurate. Dutch John is a nice, quiet place to stay.

Amazing stay
Highly recommend this rental. We had such a great trip to the Green River and Flaming Gorge. We had 2 families stay here together and it was the perfect amount of space and amenities to cater to us all. Wes is the perfect host, great with communication and checking on us and also allowing us space to enjoy the home. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay
The house was clean, in a good area and well equipped with what you need. The property owner, Wes, was great. Any questions or concerns we had were responded to very quickly. The house is about 5 minutes to the marina and there is a convenience store just down the street. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in Dutch John.

Great location !!!
We enjoyed our short stay in Dutch John , the space was great for our party of 6! Plenty of games and area for the kids to enjoy and close proximity to the marina and boat ramp/ flaming gorge dam, and other sightseeing . Thank you for the continued communication throughout our stay!
