"The staff was so nice and the area is so great that I desperately want to rate this property higher. But the bed is uncomfortable as the mattress springs can be readily felt, and the place, though uber charming, is in disrepair and needs a complete overhaul. It can be GLORIOUS, because it is such a wonderful place. You can see shades of its former glory. I hope they will invest in refurbishing the property."
