The Space:  
The 105 m² apartment was recently renovated and then furnished with high-quality luxury furniture & accessories.  
  
With a free coffee from our Nespresso machine or a free teapot of tea, you can start your day in Neuss carefree. Enjoy it from the balcony with a view of the greenery or in the cozy living room.  
  
After a day of shopping on Königsallee, which is only 15 minutes away, the apartment welcomes you with a SmartTV including German cable TV, which you can enjoy from the sofa.  
  
The master bedroom is furnished with a 180x200cm king-size box-spring bed. You also have a large built-in wardrobe and a Smart TV as well as Kartell bedside lamps!  
  
In the 2nd bedroom you will also find a built-in closet, a Smart TV and a desk as well as a first-class bed!  
  
We have attached great importance to the quality of the furniture and fittings, from Kartell to Tom Dixon, only luxury brands are represented here for your well-being.   
  
The kitchen is of course fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need to cook delicious meals.  
  
In the cozy living room, all LED lights are dimmable and adjustable to your mood, enjoy your favorite shows on our large Smart TV!  
  
On the large balcony you will find comfortable seating in summer. Here you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.  
  
We offer two paid parking spaces in a garage. Please contact us if you would like to book a garage space.  
  
Free bed linen and towels are of course provided. You will also always find soap, shower gel and hair shampoo in the bathroom.  
  
If you need to do your laundry during your stay, there are two washing machines and a tumble dryer available free of charge in the basement.  
  
If work calls, you can easily take care of the most important things from two desks. High-speed Internet is included in the price of your stay.  
  
Guest Access:  
The entire apartment is at your disposal. You can usually find parking spaces directly on the adjacent street.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Only a few meters from the accommodation buses go in all directions of the city. A small park for walks is within walking distance.  
If you plan to go to Düsseldorf or Cologne, then the Neuss main train station offers numerous direct connections, the main train station is only about 14 minutes by bus from your accommodation.  
With a car you can also reach the trade fair or Düsseldorf airport in under 20 minutes.  
  
Getting Around:  
In the Neusser Stadion quarter, you live close to the city center and are only a few minutes away from the highway, which leads in all directions and offers direct connections to all major cities in the area. Neuss city center offers good restaurants and several stores for a nice afternoon shopping spree. The Stadion district is known for its family life, so supermarkets and gas stations are only 5 minutes away from the accommodation.  
The Lukas Hospital is also just a few minutes' drive away.
