Good value, central hotel

We enjoyed our stay and were not at all inconvenienced by any noise from outside, despite being over an Irish bar (which had great atmosphere, with friendly staff)

Great stay

Fantastic location, fantastic price and fantastic room. We stayed here during the Euros and the noise was no more than to be expected and the hotel kindly provided ear plugs. You won’t get a room for a better price and location in Düsseldorf. Staff friendly and helpful too!

Nice hotel

Great stay! Perfect location, quick check in (at the pub, because we artived after 6 pm) and nice breakfast. We got a room with windows to the back. Otherwise it might have been a bit noisy. The street has lots of bars.

Good located, close to bars and restaurants and not too far from the train station. Super clean, nice room, very very good breakfast. Its located just above a bar and right in the centre of the old town so don‘t expect a quiet hotel. Overall very good for that price. I‘d book it again and definitely recommend this place for a short stay in dusseldorf.

This place is right in the heart of Dusseldorf. Couldn't be any more convenient for transit, shopping, dining, drinking and the Christmas Markets. Super walkable! For me, I also loved the Irish Pub at the ground floor of the hotel, but if that's not for you, don't worry, it was quiet and not an issue when in your room. Do be aware that depending on your floor, there could be a fair amount of stairs and no elevator. Not an issue for me with my backpack. The breakfast here was awesome! A great way to start the day. This was not only the best value hotel I stayed at on my trip but outright one of the best period. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for Beer drinkers

Shocking entrance through a pub for the way to the guest rooms… but then you walk up the stairs 2 floors and you get the biggest modest room you ever booked. Beautiful breakfast as well.

The breakfast was delicious. Totally worth staying there for that. if you get a room 9, 10, 11 or 12 you will be walking up 4 flights of stairs so ask for a lower floor if you do want to not do that. I had room 10, which was on the back and it was super quiet. In fact when I opened the window, the birds were singing in the morning, which was very cool.

Not so much the fault of the hotel, however, impossible to sleep. Lots of football fans outside drinking all night singing. Windows so thin impossible to sleep. Give ear plugs so no its an issue but not good quality

Schöner Aufenthalt im guten Hotel

Die Unterkunft liegt absolut zentral in der Altstadt, nur 2 min zu Fuß zur U-Bahn, von wo aus man in wenigen Minuten am HBF, an der Kö (auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar) oder in Oberkassel ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, ich habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war ruhig und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit einer umfangreichen Auswahl. Sogar Lachs gab es. Lediglich das Bett hätte für meinen persönlichen Geschmack etwas weicher sein können, aber das ist individuell. Falls man schlecht zu Fuß ist, sollte man das vorher mit der Unterkunft abklären, da es z.T. etwas steilere Treppen ganz oben gibt.

Die MitarbeiterInnen im Hotel sind sehr sehr nett! Ich fand nur das Zimmer ein bisschen klein, aber es war sauber und zum Schlafen völlig ausreichend. Trotz der Lage (direkt in der Altstadt und über einem Pub) war es ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll! Es gab alles, was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht :)
