The other one was caught in a mouse trap. They are flying squirrels of all things if you want to see the video let me know. We love relaxing on the deck listening to the pond come alive, plenty of Sunny’s to catch in the pond. At night the stars are bright and you can hear the frogs and owls. Our dogs loved the creek in the back it’s perfect for your dog or kids to get wet and cool off! Clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and peaceful. If we are ever to come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again. While we did not do it this time, for anyone interested in hiking, Rickets Glen is fairly close. One of our favorite hikes! I would rate it moderate, as there are a lot of stairs, etc, but it is really beautiful, with over 20 waterfalls! Our host, Karen, was great to deal with, and very helpful and attentive. We left some thing behind by mistake, and she was nice enough to mail it back to us. Thank you Karen! ##### Mark H. The house is lovely, very comfortable and well equipped. The property is very pretty, not far from town, but still rural, so it's quiet and peaceful.
