The property has an open-planned kitchen together with a good size lounge, where you could enjoy at any time. Also, there is a garden as a communal area for you to use.  
  
You will have your own double bedroom, with an allocated bathroom, study desk and chair just for yourself  
  
The property is well located in the central Durham with short walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the Durham University and the city centre
