This inviting property is ideal for families, couples, groups, and professionals working in the city, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to major roads including the A1 and A690, as well as Durham’s park and ride within walking distance.  
  
Inside, you’ll find a cosy double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both featuring ample storage to keep your belongings organised during your stay. The bathroom includes a bath with an over-bath shower for your comfort.  
  
The open-plan lounge and dining area boasts a large sofa, Freeview TV, and a four-seater dining table—perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen contains all essentials such as utensils, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and clothes airer.  
  
Step outside to a spacious private garden, ideal for outdoor dining or unwinding after a day exploring Durham’s attractions.  
  
Off-street parking is provided for your convenience. Up to two pets are welcome with an additional charge of £25 per pet for the duration of your stay.
