Decent but yeah, needs a new mattress
Spent four nights here and it was just fine. Hot shower, warm room, decently stocked kitchenette. Just needs a new mattress. Not unsleepable but needs some support. Short walk to slopes and market just below. Overall a decent, little place.

You cannot beat the location of this unit. The building is a little older but this unit has definitely been cared for and well looked after. Highly recommend for a ski get away!!

Good location, good for a short stay
The home was clean and the on mountain spot we desired. There were plenty of utensils and cookware. This property needs a new mattress in the murphy bed. It was sagging towards the middle, bearable for one night but by the forth night I could not wait to get home to my own bed.

This is a very cozy ski-in, ski-out condo. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. The view is limited to the condo next door. It is time for a new mattress.

I liked the location of the room. Couldn’t beat the price either. The room did have a weird smell upon arrival. Later found excessive mold on the inside of the bathroom door. There were also multiple dirty plates inside of the cabinets. We still had a great trip skiing and were grateful to stay pretty close to the lifts.

The property was adorable, well appointed and had everything we needed. Was perfect location for skiing. 2 things - lots of black head hair on both sets of sheets at the unit, not sure if the cleaning person is washing the sheets with her own clothes or not, but was not appealing. Thought maybe sheets were clean, so got another set in closet, same issue with the hair. Also, 2 bottles of open bottled water in the freezer part of the small refrig from a previous guest. All in all the property was a good pick for the price, just more attention to cleanliness would be great.

Easy check in at the lodge the guy was so nice and welcoming. The condo is conveniently close to all the fun and room was clean and comfy!

Took me over an hour to check in
Apparently Vacasa never told Purgatory Resort staff that we were arriving. We were told to get our keys from Purgatory resort front desk, and it took me over an hour and 4 different people trying to contact Vacasa before finally they sent confirmation to the resort that we had booked the room. It would have taken longer but the MANAGER of the resort got fed up with the situation and personally called in to confirm our booking. The room was cute, but the amenities were lacking. We were given 2 extremely cheap quality small towels for a 3 day stay, which hindered our ability to enjoy the sauna and hot tub. There was a coffee maker but no coffee at all (why have a coffee maker then?) A fireplace and some wood but no way of starting the fire (no lighter or tinder) Overall it was a nice location and cute room, but it felt so poorly managed. I don't think I will ever book with Vacasa again after this
