The modern and exceptionally appointed residence is located at 7th and Main Street and is 24 miles (25 minutes) from Purgatory ski area. Durango is known for it's historic downtown with a diversity of shopping and dining opportunities that would rival many large cities. This condo is within immediate walking distance to everything the historic downtown has to offer. Go for a run or a bike ride on Durango’s river trail just a block and a half away. Visit one of the many exceptional coffee shops or discover why Durango is known as the city of Brewerly Love by visiting one of our six local brew pubs. This is Durango’s finest location. The location was great (right off main street) and walking distance to all of the restaurants we went to as well as the train station. The unit was well equipped. The only minor issue was that the mattress in the main bedroom was a bit stiff. ##### Matthew A. The place was perfect for us. We had a quick trip with lots of stuff to do. Refrigerator only had water in it. Main Avenue had so many great restaurants right in walking distance. The apartment: bedrooms, very nice. I believe there needs to be another dresser in the guest room instead of the chair. But, I used the chair as my dresser. The bathroom in guest room was functional but small. Master bedroom was a little bit bigger. The patio, so much fun to sit and have cocktails and people watch. AC was used and each room had its own split level AC unit. Perfect!! Had no problem checking in or checking out. Parking a large truck in our spot was easy. Back it in!! Parked the other car on 3rd.
