We had an end unit, which afforded an amazing deck on the ground floor and a balcony off the master bedroom both offering spectacular views of the community grounds and the mountains. We had undercover parking with access to our unit from both the parking level and the upper street level. Great when you are dealing with gear and potential afternoon thunderstorms. The unit was accurately described. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms ample with luxurious towels and all amenities. The kitchen was well laid out and had plenty of everything. Laundry in house. Brandon, our property manager, went beyond the call of duty when a housemate called at 2 am for assistance and he responded with kindness and support. We are grateful for his response. The pool and hot tub were a welcome respite after long hikes, and we were able to use the event center for a group potluck. The availability of extra resources was a welcome bonus to an already great location. We will definitely return to Cascade Village and specifically to the San Juan Building, unit 15. ##### Nancy E.
