We are implementing a strict one-strike policy for any guests that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets, or guests with them in the home. Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras. The backyard is fully fenced. As shown in pictures, it is not landscaped. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund. It’s clean, convenient and in a good location. It gets hot in the middle of the day in the summer as there is no AC but we were out most of the day so it wasn’t as big of a deal. The location offers a wonderful mountain-like feel, yet it’s just a quick 5-minute drive to the grocery store and town, nestled in a charming neighborhood. The space was incredibly clean, with comfortable beds and all the essential amenities provided. The air conditioning was a definite A, especially during those hot summer days.I would have given a full five stars, but I encountered an issue with the backyard. I had intended to bring my small doodle dog, but I ultimately decided to leave her at home—and I’m glad I did. While the backyard is fenced, it was overrun with knee-high weeds that weren't suitable for pets. The photo in the listing showed the yard during winter, with just a dusting of snow, so the current condition wasn’t obvious. I shared this feedback with the owners, hoping they will improve the space for future guests and their pets.Despite this drawback, I would definitely rent this property again and bring my dog, provided the backyard is landscaped.
