The townhome features 3 bedrooms (all with TVs) and 3 full bathrooms and is on the second row of townhomes and the only one that faces south so it feels like a stand alone home. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a bar with seating and opens to the main living space (with deck) and dining area. The townhome also features a gas grill, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a 1 car garage (with an additional parking space in the driveway). The master bedroom features a gas fireplace & deck. Enjoy views of the ski slopes from either deck. The townhome home is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the home. Bed Configuration (All bedrooms are upstairs): Master Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath 2nd Bedroom - King and TV 3rd Bedroom - Queen and TV (Updated photo coming soon) The townhome is not pet friendly - Please do not bring pets or emotional support animals. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). First, the house was perfect. Warm and comfy, clean, hot water, all supplies needed including soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee and salt/pepper and oil and sugar!Also, there is this shuttle that picks you up right at your door to take you to the ski resort! Located directly across from ski resort and shuttle was convenient. Once dropped off in village, it’s a short walk to the lifts. Pick up and drop off is at your unit.Condo was one of the best supplied units we have ever stayed in. Plenty of utensils and basic spices and cookware.
