Perfectly situated between the town of Durango and Purgatory Ski Area, this location allows for a quick 12 minute drive into town for dinner or shopping and 15minutes in the opposite direction gets you to Purgatory and the high country! Get away form it all in this exquisitely appointed home which has been completely renovated. The kitchen & baths are luxurious. All widows allow you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Use the Traeger Grill on the back deck while soaking up the views of the majestic cliffs. End the day by relaxing in the hot tub or cozy up with a cocktail next to the wood burning stove (firewood included). Wake up in the morning to a stocked coffee bar and make yourself a cappuccino or espresso. This property accommodates 7 and is fully loaded with all the things that you will need to make your stay exceptional, like plenty of quality towels and linens. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'd ever need, from waffle maker to fondue pot, not to mention a spice drawer with every spice you could imagine! You'll be able to cook & create family meals in comfort. And don't worry our Wi-Fi is fast, so whether your catching up on work or streaming a movie from our 65 inch Smart TV there will be no frustration.

From the beautiful backdrop of mountains to detailed touches in decoration, we had a great time at this little slice of paradise. The standard of cleanliness was top notch and the beds were so comfortable with beautiful decor.

The house was thoughtfully put together. Very inviting. Perfect for our family vacation. Would definitely recommend this property. Host was very prompt and on top of things.

Can’t say enough about this gem of a property! So glad I choose to stay there. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The house has so much charm. The views from the back porch will make you just want to linger, cocktail in hand looking at the terraced cliffs in quiet,tranquil surroundings. Bill & Tracy were excellent hosts who made sure to answer all my questions promptly. The house had all the amenities one would want. I loved the stocked coffee bar. Every morning started with an espresso before heading out to the slopes which were 20 minutes away.

Perfect in every way ! Both Bill and Tracy we amazing and provided us a great introduction to the many high end amenities you get with this property. We were here for our adult kids spring break to ski at Purgatory and check out the cool town. I looked at many options and this property was the best value and location hands down. You are only 30 min to Purgatory and 12 min to downtown. You are also 5 min to the Hot Springs and the local gourmet market for great steaks etc... The house has everything you need to prepare your own meals including vast spices... The Traeger gill was perfect for our NY Stip steak prep... The beds are super comfy and the decor is fantastic.. This is the Ritz Carlton of VRBO's in the area. It was so peaceful and quiet in the hot tub, just staring at the beautiful scenery... Do not hesitate to book this property for your next trip !!!
