"On avait réservé et payé 2 chambres aux noms de fangeat roland et fangeat corentin. Me presentant comme fangeat roland je n'ai pas eu la chambre de fangeat corentin. Nous avons donc passé la nuit a 3 dans la même chambre. S'apercevant de l'erreur le lendemain nous aons eu la deuxième chambre le deuxième jour Ils ont refusé de rembourser la première nuitée effectuée . J'ai eu 10 euros de compensation. Le jour du depart la comande du taxi n' a pas été effectué . C'est ma première mauvaise expérience en nouvelle zelande....les autres jours sont tres satifaisants et le service super. Roland"
